    EDCI 2050 Introduction to Outdoor Education (1L,4LB,3CR) This practicum course addresses pedagogies specific to teaching in outdoor settings. Students will teach field science in this outdoor course. Prerequisite: This is a practicum course that includes some classroom and field (outdoor) experiences. Culmination of this course will include an outdoor teaching experience in an on-site camp environment that will be 3-5 days in length. Students should be comfortable walking and teaching in an outdoor environment. This is a companion course to EDUC 2100 which should be taken concurrently with or prior to taking this course.
