    This advanced course of physical conditioning combines high energy cardio respiratory activity with military-style physical training to improve muscular endurance, develop increased levels of cardio respiratory fitness, promote flexibility, and reduce total body fat. The class format will incorporate various exercises including: dumb bell weights, calisthenics, whole body lifts, abdominal (core) movements, cycling intervals, jump rope, speed drills, and flexibility exercises.
