This is an introductory course in the organization and structure of the governments of the United States and Wyoming. Students explore the purpose and function of the three branches of government - legislative, executive, and judicial. They also may evaluate themes in federalism, civil liberties, civil rights, public opinion, political parties, campaigns and elections, and selected public policy topics. This course meets the state statutory requirement for instruction in the United States and Wyoming constitutions.
