The purpose of this course is for students to demonstrate mastery of dietetics concepts through a major dietetics project and to prepare students to take the Registration Examination for Dietitians. This course meets part of the requirements for the Future Graduate Model (FGM) as outlined by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition & Dietetics (ACEND).Prerequisites: FCSC - 5240 - Clinical Nutrition Experience I Program must = Graduate Program in Nutrition in Dietetics (FGM); Graduate student status.
