An introductory level course designed to investigate the role of electronic media in visual literacy. Students gain practice with basic graphics software and hardware, explore using the Internet in informing the development of art work, and discuss how application of these skills are used in classroom, studio, and commercial art fields. Prerequisites: sophomore standing, ART 1050, ART 1110, plus 9 additional hours of completed studio work.
