An advanced level seminar in the archaeological analysis of faunal materials. Emphasis is on the study of bones as an integrated component of basic archaeological research, including their use in the investigation of paleoenvironmental conditions and paleoecological relationships as well as problem-oriented taphonic research, and the interpretation of human behavior.
