Students will learn the essential skills?for providing basic patient care in a healthcare setting. This course focuses on practical techniques such as proper hand hygiene, isolation precautions, obtaining vital signs, assessing pain, and understanding basic body mechanics. Students will also explore safe patient transfers, wheelchair mobility, and postural alignment. Through hands-on practice, students will gain competence in providing patient education and ensuring safety during various procedures, preparing them for patient interactions and support across a range of healthcare environments.
