Students learn a wide spectrum of foundational tech knowledge and hands-on skills including basic IT concepts, troubleshooting devices, and identifying/preventing security risks. This course is intended to prepare students for a national certification exam to meet entry-level requirements for employment in the IT industry. May be taken concurrently with CompTIA Certification. This is available for students completing the course who want to test for the industry-recognized credential.
