Students ?continue to build ?upon ?principles ?and techniques ?of strength and ?conditioning ?for sport. ?Students will design ?and implement programs ?for ?specific ?sports. ?Students ?are given opportunities ?to ?put ?theory ?into practice ?by ?using the ?appropriate tools ?to design and ?implement ?effective training programs. ?Key ?training methodologies ?will include ?training for ?strength, ?speed, endurance, ?agility, ?flexibility, ?and plyometrics. ?Prerequisite: ?Completion ?of KIN 2237.
