This course is the second of a two-part sequence?and follows KIN 2135 Personal Trainer Education I. This course bridges the gap between Kinesiology and Health Promotion related coursework and the practical application skills for personal training. Students learn integrated exercise programming using evidence based information to build programming, modifying programs?for special populations (such as obestiy, chronic conditions), injury prevention, and personal?training business fundamentals. Following the completion of?this two-part sequence, students who have a C or better in the class sit for the American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Training Exam.
