Description:

This course is a continuation of BIOL 2205. Motivated students continue to perform scientific research at a higher level than BIOL 2205. Research II students work more independently in all aspects of research, including designing experiments, collecting data, analyzing results, and writing scientific literature. Research II students provide leadership for a small group of Research I students, being a "project leader" for an experiment. Prerequisite: Completion of BIOL 2205 and instructor consent.
