Simulate the work of an oil and gas attorney. Explore oil and gas financing arrangements including the farmout, JOA, and productions sharing agreements, drilling and service agreements, downstream marketing and purchase agreements, conveyances of oil and gas real property interests, the purchase and sale of petroleum properties, oil and gas development on federal lands, and title examination. Prerequisite: C or better in LAW 6790.
