Focuses on the elaborate body of laws governing allocation and management of water in and around the Colorado River Basin - i.e., the "Law of the River." Explore the Law of the River's historical evolution and current composition as well as cutting-edge policy issues currently facing it. Writing-intensive format satisfies the College of Law's Advanced Writing Requirement. Prerequisite: C or better in LAW 6860.
