Focus is on the vulnerability conveyed by factors of aging and illness such as psychiatric illness. Core public health functions of community assessment, essential health services, disaster preparedness and health policy development/global health care are emphasized. Prerequisites: NURS4740; NURS4741; concurrent enrollment in NURS4736.
